We stayed here for one night, having booked a Chic Studio room for a quick stay for our first day in Danang. However we received a free upgrade to an Ocean View Suite and stayed in Room 1703. The hotel is located in the My Khe beach area and is a quick 20 minute drive from the airport. Hospitality and level of service from the young staff here is sincere, professional and from the heart. Check in was smooth and we were personally led to our room where staff explained the ins and outs of the room. We took advantage of a free reflexology treatment on the second floor spa, the breakfast buffet (choice of Pho or congee plus eggs with access to buffet options), and gym facilities. Without being too verbose, I'd say to stay here if the resorts are not in your budget and you're looking for a trendy, suite style experience that offers access to a private pool and public beaches where you still find yourself mingling with locals who make their way to the My Khe beach area. Now there is construction going on to the south of the hotel but it was never too bothersome as work didn't take place until core work hours and stopped in the evening. In short, a budget chic stay with lovely service and comfortable trendy surroundings. Highly recommended if this is what you're looking for.

The hotel offers wonderful view over the sea and excellent service. My special thanks to the staff at beach bar on Sep 3rd for their attentiveness and care for us. We asked for the breakfast to be served at the pool just close to the beach. It seemed to be going to rain but I insisted having breakfast there (so sorry :( ) and then, it started to rain heavily. The two very helpful staff helped bring our breakfast to the bar and held the umbrellas to keep us from the rain to finish our breakfast. They were so nice and we appreciated that so much.

This is my second stay in Fusion Suite. Staff were accommodating and helpful as always. Special thanks for the free upgrade to the ZEN package, definitely being amazed with the roof top view and the breakfast, coffee break, as well as the cocktail section, wide variety of food and drink with great quality. The complimentary foot reflexology is fabulous. The gym is well-appointed, except the yoga class can be more interesting. Chill and relaxing stay. Definitely will come back again.

Not sure if this is something that’s common amongst beach resorts but Fusion Suites in Da Nang is a bit dated. The sheets are nice but the furniture and fixtures are a bit over used. The toilets seats had a yellow tinge to it, the showers and tubs are old. Although the sheets are nice and clean and the beds are a good firmness. The ocean view is amazing. And for the complimentary reflexology is a definite plus. I might have to check out a different hotel when I come back for a better comparison to the hotels in the area. Staff is friendly. It meets the standards of a basic comfortable hotel but not necessarily the pricing for hotels in the area.

Amazing experience here, for a very reasonable price you get free foot massages, great service and a very modern hotel room with facilities to match. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help and everyone had excellent manners. If I had to pick one thing bad, our room was a little run-down with minor scratches on the walls and some of the automatic curtains had popped out of their rails but these are only minor things, easy to fix. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

This is a very beautiful hotel. Crossing the road is a swimming pool and a beach. It is a great place for a holiday. The hotel has a new design. You can enjoy the hotel's dining and swimming pool before waiting. The room also has a living area, bar, kitchen and other areas. With large refrigerator, stove, juice machine, hot water bottle, cup and dish chopsticks and other utensils, it is very comfortable and complete. More importantly, the whole floor floor glass window, electric roller blind, can enjoy beautiful sea view, make people feel refreshed We took part in the free yoga class on the second floor, foot reflexology, and sauna, which was very enjoyable. More importantly, every service staff was very friendly and impressed. Special thanks to Miss Nhung who served in the lobby. She contacted the owner of the motorcycle and solved the problem of renting a motorcycle for me. She will also care about the results of the follow-up from time to time, which makes people feel warm. This is a perfect resort hotel, and will visit again next time.

5-stars hotel services that really surprised me. I felt they do whatever they can to satisfy the customers to have the most joyful experience while you stay. The ocean view of the hotel room is beautiful. I do recommend the Zen Club, the coffee and foods are great. So we decided stay-in the hotel for the whole day with kid, enjoying the swimming pool and playing at the beach for a relaxing holiday.

This month I accommodated in this hotel. A front desk staff called Anh who serve me. She was very helpful, nice and professional staff. She not only arranged a beautiful room to me but also she helped to plan the following day journey. So I am very appreciate her. Beside, I really enjoyed your hotel's facilities, especially the foot spa. And the hotel room have 180 degree sea view, clean, comfortable and gorgeous. And I am so enjoy your breakfast. It is so delicious. Next time I come to Da Nang again. I will choose this hotel again. And also I will recommend my friends to accommodate in this hotel.

Free upgrade for us due to 4-night stay! Room was spacious with sea view and city view! Cartoon Network kept our son occupied! Free 45 min foot reflexology for each night stayed! Wow! We didn't use the pool as it was separated from the hotel building by a high-speed road (Though they had someone stationed 24-7 to help us cross). There was a driver that could take us to Ba Na Hills and Hue, but he couldn't really speak english. Would be better if he could speak basic english. Hotel Staff were warm and all smiley, great service, and spoke better english than people in Hoi An. Breakfast buffet was okay, with the standout being their cold brew Viet coffee. Gym was small, but did have a great machine that you could use to workout any muscle group if you knew how. Free yoga class I tried was fun too. Nearby had many fresh seafood restaurants, nice. But not much else, not even minimart. The area would be a lot more well-developed, but that's not the hotel's fault. I wholeheartedly recommend Fusion Suites to anyone, as well as to myself when i visit Da nang again.

Nice hotel environment located opposite beach and famous seafood restaurant just next to hotel. Room is very cosy and we do enjoy the moment stay in this hotel. For the breakfast, food is good and provides wide range of pastry. Suggested to cooler the drinks since very hot outside and the drinking bar provides hot or room temperature drinks only. And the breakfast located next to main entrance, suggested to switch higher level of the air con, which make customer more enjoy the breakfast time. Last but not least, staff is extremely helpful and nice, always answer difference question anytime and helping you across the road (very important).We definitely will come back and stay here. Thank you!

Very nice hotel with a great spa! We had a view of the ocean and our rooms where very clean. They had people to help you cross the crosswalk to the beach which was very nice for guest that are timid to cross because of the traffic.

Stayed here for 6 nights. I’ll start with the positives. Such a warm welcome, and it was always the same whenever we entered the hotel which was great. We were given an upgraded room with some welcome gifts etc. Our room was stunning. The view is just breathtaking. The staff helping cross the road to the pool and by the pool couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. However for the price you pay this hotel could be so much better. The room had a damp smell all the time, there were a lot of marks on the walls, and stains on some of the upholstery, head board etc. Nothing that a little maintenance couldn’t sort out. Also some of the service/language barrier in the restaurant. My wife randomly got a spring onion and cheese omelette on our first morning when she had asked for a cheese one. She loved it. So every morning she asked for it again.... she didn’t get it again a single time. It became a running awkward joke as we even showed the staff pictures of a spring onion and I knew they had it as I enjoyed it in my delicious bowl of pho each morning. On it last morning we had 3 differ members of staff over to deal with such a simple request, 2 different omelettes arrived and none were correct. My wife accepted them anyway. It’s such a simple little thing so it’s hardly a complaint and we aren’t he kind of people who complained about it while there but it was just very strange. The final and most frustrating negative experience at the hotel was the tipping culture. On arrival after the member of staff showed us to our room I didn’t have any change on me so was going to tip him later. Keep in mind that tipping him for doing his job is not necessary. He let out a MASSIVE sigh and let he door slowly slam. And that was just the beginning. Any time we arrived back in a cab etc the staff were desperate to grab any bags. They should surely take a ‘no thanks’ if we didn’t require their help. We started to dread it. It was the same with the reflexology. Part of what you have already paid for! Daily reflexology. Yet when some(and not all) of the staff had finished this they stood staring expecting a tip. So awkward. The worst was when we were leaving and I had our suitcases. There were no staff around to help which I was thankful for due to the awkward tipping expectations but as I was two steps from the pavement a member of staff literally sprinted over and started wrestling my suitcases from me despite me telling him no and saying I had them. He then stuck them into our car and stood staring at me expecting a tip. Seriously??? Another downside and his is just my personal preference- while the location is stunning it is somewhat isolated. The closest little shop is a 15 minute walk in the heat. There’s no bars nearby. All just seafood restaurants anywhere within walking distance. I felt a bit trapped as I like to go a wander. So overall, if the hotel was freshened up and the service was a bit better this could be amazing hotel.

This hotel is marked as 4 stars, probably was so when it opened. A long time ago... It is in need of deep clean and renovation. Nothing luxurious about it, like a big 3-star hotel with many public areas. Very suitable for families - but in my view not for couples. We got a mini apartment which has a great view of the ocean but no atmosphere. However - the staff are super-friendly and did their utmost to help. Once they realised we were not happy they immediately offered a free spa session and no cancellation fee if we wanted to change. The Oceanview, especially from high floors is unique.

We stayed here for 6 nights. We got upgraded to the Ocean Suite (we booked the chic studio) and the view here is spectacular. My flight got delayed due to the typhoon in my home city so I get to stay in Da Nang for two more days on top of my planned schedule, and Fusion Suites has offered us to stay in the same Ocean Suite with the original price which is very sweet of them. My favourite part of the hotel is the pool. Lovely pool just opposite to the hotel near the beach. Beach chair, beach bar, name everything you want. Enjoyed sunshine every morning and I am now basically burnt (no regret though). Highly recommended for family and couples stay.
