Ingredients:
- 1 kg milk oysters
- 1 cup lemon pepper salt
- 1 cup green chili salt for seafood
- Fresh herbs: watercress, Vietnamese mint, aromatic herbs, perilla... sliced cucumber
Preparation:
- Rinse the oysters well and let them dry
- Heat up charcoal, place the grill on top, start grilling the oysters
