Royal City and Zone 9 are emerging entertainment areas, while the sidewalk eateries in 'Western' Tạ Hiện street are always hot.
1. Royal City is a complex of commercial and entertainment centers in the newly opened land at the end of last July. Royal City is currently a popular entertainment spot attracting many people of all ages in Hanoi. The complex is a closed system with the first indoor water park in Vietnam, an ice rink, a cinema, a culinary village gathering all regional dishes from all over the country and around the world, and the largest underground parking lot in Vietnam.

2. Zone 9 Cooperative on Tran Thanh Tong street is a new and strange destination for Hanoi youth. The abandoned land with dilapidated houses has been transformed into a cultural and artistic center with the taste of Hanoi. Here, you can find modern yet classic cafe bars, eye-catching fashion shops, photo studios, or Yoga classes... In addition, the artistic but somewhat dilapidated appearance of the houses has attracted many young people here to take photos.

3. Love Garden on Lac Long Quan street is a photo spot that young people in the capital have been talking about for the past time. The spacious space and cute arrangement, from small white fences, colorful canopies hanging in the air, the bridge across the pond, or the romantic white piano have turned this place into a truly 'love garden'.

4. Located in a beautiful location, right in the center of Hanoi, Vincom commercial center, though built quite a long time ago, is still a highly attractive entertainment spot. The fashion shops, cinemas, and dining area at Vincom Center are still bustling with people coming and going. This is considered the gathering place of Hanoi's trendy youth with fashionable clothes.

5. Lemon tea 'gossip' has become a familiar culture among young people in Hanoi. Just a plate of sunflower seeds, a few glasses of lemon tea or tamarind ice are more than enough for endless stories of groups of friends. That's why church lemon tea, Dao Duy Tu lemon tea, or the Gạo market area are always crowded with people sitting all over the sidewalks. These are popular gathering places that never go out of style in the capital.

6. Long Bien Bridge is not only a historical landmark but in recent years, it has become a place for casual groups of friends or couples to hang out. If during the day, the bridge looks ancient and solemn, then when the city lights up, Long Bien Bridge becomes romantic. In the summer, young men and women flock to the bridge to catch the breeze, enjoy lemon tea, and chat. When winter comes, another interesting experience is sitting on the bridge enjoying hot roasted corn, watching the electric lights and the bustling crowd on the other side of the city.

7. Dubbed the 'international intersection', Tạ Hiện 'Western' street becomes more bustling at night with numerous eateries always crowded and lively. Tạ Hiện street is now not only a 'must-visit destination when in Hanoi' for tourists but even the city residents cannot escape the temptation of this small street. In addition to the cold beer loved by Westerners, the snack stalls selling cheese sticks, sour fermented pork, french fries, roast duck... along with the lively atmosphere are the attractions for many people to come here.

8. Lê Nin statue on Dien Bien Phu street is the cultural and entertainment spot in the evening for the people of the Capital. This is where young people often choose to skateboard, rollerblade, play sports, have pet meetups... Families with small children also often take their children to the monument area to run, jump, enjoy the breeze, especially on hot days when it is always crowded here. In addition, the Lý Thái Tổ statue located at Hoan Kiem Lake is also a venue for cultural and sports activities of the city's residents.

9. Unlike the modern entertainment spots in the city center, the empty space in front of Mỹ Đình stadium is where Hanoi residents can find peace and lightness as if returning to childhood with the joy of kite flying. From sunset to late night, the sky in the square is always filled with kites of all colors.

10. Night market in the Old Quarter is held from 6pm to 11pm every Friday-Saturday and Sunday on a pedestrian street over 600m long, always bustling with stalls selling all kinds of goods from clothes, shoes, household items to handicrafts, souvenirs... at affordable prices. People come to the night market sometimes not to buy things but simply to stroll, admire the colorful stalls every weekend, to experience the rich cultural space in the heart of the capital.
