Halo halo, Ice Kacang, Patbingsu or mochi ice cream... are refreshing treats, perhaps not tasted by all but definitely known to many.

However, the difference lies in Ice Kacang's finely shaved ice combined with red beans, jelly, sweet corn, palm seeds, and syrup.

If you find yourself in India, Pakistan, or Nepal on a scorching hot day, you should definitely indulge in Kulfi. The main ingredient of this ice cream is condensed milk, giving it a rich, creamy texture. Along with its reasonable price, Kulfi offers a wide range of flavors to choose from, such as pistachio, mango, rose, cardamom, orange, apple, and even nutella flavor (a spread made from cocoa and hazelnuts).
6. Mais con Yelo

A well-known summer treat among Filipinos is Mais con Yelo. This sweet dish is considered the perfect refreshing dessert for the summer. A bowl of Mais con Yelo is incomplete without shaved ice, cold milk, and plenty of sweet corn kernels that create an enticing yellow hue.
7. Patbingsu

A favorite among both adults and children in the land of Kimchi is Patbingsu. This refreshing sweet dish is a clever and spontaneous combination of shaved ice, sweetened red beans, assorted fruits, condensed milk, and cool ice cream. Additionally, you can substitute or add ingredients according to your preferences to create your own version of Patbingsu.
8. Piragua

Piragua is a snack made from shaved ice and various flavored syrups. The toppings you can choose to accompany the shaved ice include coconut, mango, strawberry, cherry, grape, and many more flavors. In the end, you'll have a vibrant Piragua with bright green, red, yellow, blue, and purple colors.
