The Techniques for Creating Fire among One Piece Characters Vary Significantly
In the world of One Piece, there are numerous characters who employ fire as their primary combat technique. Some of them can wield fire due to consuming Devil Fruit powers, while others utilize it through advanced technology and genetic modification.
1. Pearl

This character emerged when the pirate crew Krieg attacked Baratie. Pearl himself utilizes iron plates as armor and shields. Typically, he wields a shield in each hand to assail his enemies.
However, there was a time when Pearl employed a special technique while wounded. He struck his shields until they were covered in flames. Remarkably, Pearl remains unaffected by the heat from his own flames.

Similar to Ace, Sabo also became the wielder of flames after consuming the Mera Mera no Mi fruit in a battle with a gladiator at Dressrosa.
Sabo combined his fire power with the Ryusoken technique to create a move called Moeru Ryusoken: Kaen Ryuo, which was powerful enough to defeat Burgess.
5. Monkey D. Luffy

After two years of training, Luffy mastered Haki and developed several techniques involving the element of fire. The first one is Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk - a technique that combines armed Haki and Gear 2. This move allows Luffy's punches to emit flames, even burning underwater.
Later on, there's Gomo Gomu no Red Roc, which is a stronger version of Red Hawk.
6. Sanji

Black Leg Sanji has developed his own fighting technique by shooting fire from his legs to enhance his attacks. The first one is the Diable Jamble technique, where Sanji spins rapidly until his leg emits flames. This technique is powerful enough to penetrate defensive barriers like Tekkai and even incinerate enemies.
Then, the latest one is Ifrit Jamble - a technique created to enhance Sanji's physical strength. Moreover, the flames of Ifrit Jambe even have a blue hue if we look at the cover of volume 102, indicating that these flames surpass the heat of Diable Jambe.
7. Roronoa Zoro

Zoro has a unique sword technique called Hiryuu Kaen. It's a close-range slashing technique, which he used to cut down Ryuma, after which a dragon's silhouette appeared.
When Zoro struck Ryuma, the wounds caused by Hiryu: Kaen created blazing flames. The flames eventually engulfed and incinerated the zombie's body.
8. Franky

Franky can utilize fire-based attacks thanks to the cyborg technology integrated into his body.
Before the timeskip, Franky's technique was called Fresh Fire, where he would spew fire from his mouth like a flamethrower. After learning technology at Baldimore, Franky improved the technique and renamed it Franky Fireball. The sheer scale of the flames alone is enough to incinerate a Marine battleship.
9. Charlotte Katakuri

Although Katakuri is a Devil Fruit user with the Mochi Mochi no Mi ability, he can also use fire-based attack techniques.
His unique fire-based technique is Yaki Mochi - a technique that seemingly shares the same principle as Luffy's Red Hawk. The difference is that Katakuri can use these techniques as long-range attacks.
10. King

King Inferno is a formidable commander of the Beast Pirates and is one of the three right-hand men under Emperor Kaido's command. He consumed the ancient Zoan Devil Fruit model Pteranodon, enabling him to fly with wide wings and launch attacks from above, as well as create fire-based attacks.
Interestingly, King's ability to create and wield fire is innate, as he is the last descendant of the Lunarian tribe. This lineage is believed to have the ability to control fire at will.
The size of King's flames also demonstrates the balance between his defensive capabilities and speed. If the flames are burning, it means King's defense is being reinforced, his speed is slower, and vice versa.
11. Marco

Marco possesses the power of the mythical Zoan Devil Fruit Tori Tori no Mi, model: Phoenix. This allows him to transform into a phoenix surrounded by blue flames.
The blue flames have a unique characteristic of not spreading and giving off a warm sensation; they can even regenerate and heal any wounds for anyone.
12. Kaido

Emperor Kaido of the Four Emperors is capable of unleashing incredibly powerful fire-based attacks. This was evident when Kaido obliterated Oden's castle ruins with his Bolo Breath technique. A single blast from him can demolish buildings and surrounding areas in an instant.
