Apple May Soon Introduce Large-Screen MacBook Air (Image: DigitalTrends)According to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, an unreleased 15-inch MacBook Air with a processor on par with the M2 chip has been discovered in the App Store developer's diary. This long-awaited MacBook Air model may be unveiled by Apple at WWDC 2023 in June.
Reports indicate that the chip found in the new MacBook Air configuration features an 8-core CPU and a 10-core GPU, similar to the M2 chip, along with 8 GB of RAM. This laptop model has the machine code 'Mac 15,3' and is listed as running macOS 14, expected to be announced at WWDC along with iOS 17 and other updates. The new MacBook Air also boasts a screen resolution equal to the 14-inch MacBook Pro.

The 15-inch MacBook Air was first rumored in 2021, with recent months seeing an increase in the production of 15-inch display panels. It's unclear when exactly this MacBook will be released, but there's a possibility it will be announced at WWDC 2023. According to Gurman, Apple is also developing an upgraded 13-inch MacBook Air.
