Thanh Chương Tea Hill
Situated in the western part of Nghệ An province, known for its extremely hot and harsh climate, but you will feel much cooler when stepping into the 'oasis' of tea hills in Thanh Chương district. The sunflower field covering 100 hectares is located in Nong Truong 19/5, Nghia Son commune, Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province. This is recognized as the largest sunflower field in Vietnam. In 2015, after investing in and building a farm model, Mr. Nguyen Van Tu went to Ninh Thuan to buy breeding sheep. Nowadays, the flock is growing rapidly, with up to a hundred sheep.

The sheep here are mainly raised for meat, so their wool is not white and uniform. However, with a considerable number of sheep amidst the backdrop of lush green mountains and meadows in Nghe An, rest assured that everyone visiting will have dazzling photos to show off. Sen Village, Uncle Ho's Homeland
Sen Village, also known as Kim Lien Village, is where our great national leader was born and raised. Beyond the green bamboo hedge and rows of areca nut trees stands the simple, rustic five-compartment leaf-roofed house of the family of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Sac, the father of President Ho Chi Minh. Even though much time has passed, the artifacts in the house of Mr. Sac remain almost intact, from the trunk, the cupboard, the wooden trays to the inkwell, the writing desk, and the inkstone.

Dien Thanh Beach
About 40 km from Vinh city, along National Highway 1A, travelers will reach Dien Thanh Beach, a spacious, gently sloping sandy beach in Dien Chau district. Dien Thanh has gentle waves, and the water here is not deep; you can wade hundreds of meters and still only have the water reach your waist.

Pu Mat National Park

Den Cuong Temple
Located on Mo Da Mountain, in Dien An commune, Dien Chau district, about 30km north of Vinh city, Den Cuong Temple is a shrine dedicated to Thuc An Dương Vương, the king of Au Lac Kingdom. This is a sacred temple associated with many mysterious legends and stories. Den Cuong Temple features Tam architecture, consisting of three gates and three buildings: Upper, Middle, and Lower temples.
The three gates have different structures: the middle gate has three floors, while the side gates have two floors, all with arched architecture. The Upper Temple is where the altar of An Dương Vương is located, the Lower Temple has stacked-roof architecture, and the Middle Temple is dedicated to Cao Lỗ, the general who helped King Thuc make the divine crossbow. This temple also houses many valuable relics and Han script documents.

Tham Om Cave
Tham Om Cave is located in Quy Chau district, Nghe An province and is considered a beautiful cave created by diverse natural formations. Archaeologists have excavated and discovered artifacts made of stone, bronze, as well as fossilized animal bones and teeth here. This evidence indicates that this place bears traces of ancient Vietnamese dating back about 20,000 years. Data also suggests that the Tham Om people were among the first ancient Vietnamese to inhabit our country.

In Thai language, Tham Om means Big Cave, the cave is 15m high, facing Northeast. This place will lead you into a space that is both mysterious and grand with various stalactites in diverse shapes and forms.
Xao La Waterfall
Xao La Waterfall is located in Quy Phong district, approximately 170km northwest of Vinh city, Nghe An province. This waterfall is quite majestic with impressive height and width, each about 30 to 35 meters. Gazing at this waterfall, you will be impressed by the powerful flow of water cascading down the rock walls on both sides.

Vinh Ancient Citadel
Located in the three wards of Cua Nam, Doi Cung, and Quang Trung, Vinh Ancient Citadel is a historical relic, bearing witness to the many upheavals of Nghe An province. It was initially constructed with earth in 1804 during the reign of King Gia Long and later rebuilt with stone in the 12th year of Minh Mang's reign.

Nghe An Ancient Citadel stands as a testament to our history, from the Nguyen dynasty to the people's resistance against foreign invaders. It serves as a tourist destination in Nghe An. Despite undergoing several renovations, much of the citadel has been destroyed. The Tien Mon Gate is the most intact of the three gates.
