Today, another variation of Xperia 5 V has just surfaced on this performance measurement website, featuring higher RAM capacity.
In the previous report, Xperia 5 V showed up on GeekBench with the model number XQ-DE54. It comes equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with 8GB RAM. This model runs on the Android 13 operating system, achieving a score of 1,443 in the single-core test and 4,546 in the multi-core test.
In the latest leak, Xperia 5 V with 16GB RAM achieved slightly higher scores, reaching 1,966 in the single-core test and 5,350 in the multi-core test. This essentially confirms the release of variants with both 8GB and 16GB RAM.
Xperia 5 V Launching on September 1stXperia 5 V might be a slightly less premium version of Sony Xperia 1 V. A promotional video in July hinted at thicker bezels at the top and bottom to accommodate the selfie camera. On the back, the device features a dual-camera setup, likely comprising a primary sensor and a wide-angle lens. The phone will come in three color options: black, white, and blue, and is scheduled to be unveiled on September 1st.
