- Chicken eggs: 3 eggs;
- Wheat flour: 200g;
- Sugar: 200g;
- Fresh milk: 220ml;
- Butter: 40g;
- Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons;
- Salt: ½ teaspoon;
- Yeast: 6g.

Step 1: Combine chicken eggs + wheat flour + sugar + butter in a large bowl, beat until smooth. Then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, mix well.

- Dry brown rice flour: 150g;
- Tapioca flour: 50g;
- Thot Not sugar: 180g;
- Coconut milk: 300ml;
- Warm water: 180ml;
- Brown yeast: 3.5g;
- Baking powder: 7g.

Step 1: To make this cake, first mix rice flour, yeast, baking powder, and tapioca flour in a bowl. Then add warm water and knead for about 7-10 minutes, then cover the bowl with food wrap.
Step 2: Place the bowl of dough in a larger bowl containing some warm water for about 3 hours. This method will help the dough ferment faster.
Step 3: After three hours, when the dough has risen, add palm sugar and 1/3 of the coconut milk, knead for 5 minutes. Then add the remaining coconut milk and mix well. Continue to ferment for another 2 hours (similar to Step 1). After 2 hours, the dough should be bubbly.
