Ingredients for Making Soft Yogurt:
- 400ml unsweetened fresh milk
- 200ml coconut water
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 100ml sweetened condensed milk
- 30g sugar
- 6 sheets of gelatin (or 12g gelatin powder)

How to Make Soft Yogurt:
Step 1:
Soak Gelatin leaves in cold water for about 15 minutes until softened
Step 2:
Pour fresh milk into a pot, add sweetened condensed milk. Keep the heat low, simmer until the milk boils, stirring with a spoon to completely dissolve the condensed milk into the fresh milk. Simmer until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

Step 3:
Add yogurt and soaked gelatin leaves to the milk mixture previously heated
Step 4:
Pour the just-completed mixture into the prepared mold or box, then refrigerate for 5-6 hours until the mixture sets.

Ingredients for Jackfruit Yogurt:
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 3 grams of seaweed powder
- 300ml water

- Glutinous rice flour
- 90ml boiling water
- Pearl tapioca

How to Make Jackfruit Yogurt:
Step 1:
Dissolve sugar, water, and agar powder, then bring to a boil. When the agar is set and the sugar is dissolved, turn off the heat. Transfer the agar mixture to a container, refrigerate until set, then cut into pomegranate-sized pieces.
Step 2:
Mix warm water and jam in a bowl, then add pomegranate seeds to soak. Add glutinous rice flour to the bowl, then slowly pour in water, knead until the dough is smooth, shaping it into small round balls with your fingertips. You can use coffee phin water to create brown color or pandan leaf water for green color.

Step 3:
