- Mam Nem: 250ml
- Pineapple: ½ fruit
- Chili: 5 fruits
- Lime: 1 fruit
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Filtered water: 150ml
- Sugar: 9 tablespoons
- Seasoning powder: ½ tablespoon
Instructions
- Peel and finely chop pineapple. Squeeze lime to extract juice. Peel garlic and remove seeds from chili before finely chopping (reduce chili seeds for less heat).
In a large bowl, mix fish sauce, sugar, and 150ml of water until everything dissolves.
Finally, add pineapple, garlic, chopped chili, and lime juice, stirring well. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
