Ingredients for Crispy Potato Milk Fritters (Serves 4):
- Potatoes: 2 large
- Eggs: 2
- All-purpose flour: 230 grams
- Bread crumbs: 200 grams
- Fresh milk: 50 ml (about 3 full tablespoons)
- Salt, pepper, cooking oil
Recipe for crispy mashed potato fritters
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on. Place them in a pot, cover with water, add 1-2 teaspoons of salt, and boil until tender. You can test if the potatoes are done by piercing them with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the potatoes, let them cool, then peel and mash them with a spoon or use a blender for convenience.
Transfer the mashed potatoes to a large bowl, crack an egg into the bowl. Add milk, 2 tablespoons of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper (optional). Mix the mixture well and shape it into round balls about the size of two fingers or elongated cylinders.
