* Enrollment confirmation submission time:  Admitted candidates submit their enrollment confirmation documents from 08/09/2020 to 09/09/2020 by postal service via express mail.

a. For candidates who graduated from high school before 2019 and took the 2020 High School Graduation Exam (to use this result for university admission in 2020), enrollment confirmation documents include:

• 2020 Enrollment Confirmation Form (download from the lookup page).
• Original copy of the 2020 High School Graduation Exam results certificate.
• Photocopy of high school diploma for university verification (no need for notarization).

b. For candidates who graduated from high school before 2019 and did not take the 2020 High School Graduation Exam, enrollment confirmation documents include:

• 2020 Enrollment Confirmation Form (download from the lookup page).
• Photocopy of high school diploma for university verification (no need for notarization)

c. For candidates who graduated from high school in 2020, enrollment confirmation documents include:

• 2020 Enrollment Confirmation Form (download from the lookup page).
• Original copy of the 2020 High School Graduation Exam results certificate or Temporary high school graduation certificate for candidates exempted from the 2020 High School Graduation Exam.

* Enrollment confirmation process and procedures

- Step 1: On 08/09/2020, candidates revisit the https://tracuuts.hcmus.edu.vn page to know the “student ID number” corresponding to each “admission method”.
- Step 2: Candidates download the form “2020 Enrollment Confirmation Form” from the lookup page. Candidates admitted from two or more admission methods only choose one admission method to the University of Natural Sciences by selecting the form with the corresponding “student ID number” for the “admission method”. Candidates print this form, sign, and use it to submit documents.
- Step 3: Candidates submit enrollment confirmation documents according to regulations in Section 3 to the University by postal service via express mail before 16:00 on 09/09/2020, the University will base on the submission time according to the postal stamp and only accept documents with submission time as specified in this announcement.

* Note: If candidates want to submit documents directly to the University, candidates must submit during office hours on Tuesday, 08/09/2020, and Wednesday, 09/09/2020 (morning from 8:00 to 11:00; afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30).

- Step 4: The University will complete marking candidates who have submitted documents no later than 11/09/2020, candidates check on the lookup page as above.

Submit enrollment documents: before 30/9/2020 The University will announce the enrollment process and procedures on the admission information page of the University at the address: https://www.hcmus.edu.vn/nhaphoc2020, expected to submit enrollment documents on 05/10/2020 and 06/10/2020.

After 09/09/2020, candidates who do not complete the enrollment confirmation procedure for the university will be considered as refusing to enroll.
