ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION
- For candidates accepted through the priority admission method for excellent high school students:
- Submit the original Certificate of Achievement for Excellent High School Students;
- Submit the original Certificate of High School Graduation Examination results in 2020 (sealed in red, with barcode, and ID number).
- For candidates accepted based on the results of the 2020 National High School Graduation Examination: Submit the original Certificate of High School Graduation Examination results in 2020 (sealed in red, with barcode, and ID number).
- Candidates confirm enrollment by submitting documents directly to the school (accepted on both Saturdays and Sundays) or sending them via express mail to the following address: Admissions Office of the Military Logistics Academy (Room 105, House H4), Ngoc Thuy Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi. Phone: 069.577.681.
- Time: Before 17:00 on October 10, 2020 (according to the postal stamp).
Note:
– Candidates who have submitted the original Certificate of High School Graduation Examination results in 2020 will receive the Admission Notice and complete the enrollment procedures at the military recruitment offices of districts, towns, and cities (where candidates registered for pre-screening).
– Every day, the Academy will update the list of accepted candidates who have submitted the original Certificate of High School Graduation Examination results in 2020 on the Website: hocvienhaucan.edu.vn. In case the name of the accepted candidate, who has submitted the required documents, is not on the list, please contact the following phone numbers: 0376.293.783 – 0375.716.877.

- Enrollment time: From 8:00 to 16:00 on October 25, 2020.
- Enrollment location: Zone II, Logistics Academy, Kim Son Commune, Son Tay Town, Hanoi City.

1. Admission notice (original);
2. Pre-screening result notice for 2020 (original);
3. Certificate of priority entitlement (01 certified copy and original for comparison);
4. High school diploma (01 certified copy and original for comparison) or original high school graduation certificate (for candidates graduated in 2020);
5. High school transcript (01 certified copy and original for comparison);
6. Military enlistment order and military service profile (for non-military candidates);
7. Military records, financial support documents, military uniform book, food allowance until October 2020 (for military personnel on active duty);
8. Birth certificate (01 certified copy and original for comparison);
9. Youth union book (for union members) or party member dossier (for party members);
10. National ID card or citizen identification card (01 certified copy and original for comparison);
11. Certified copy of Household Registration Book (for candidates with permanent residency in the Southern region);
12. Enrollment health record:
- For military personnel: Medical examination at Military Regional Hospitals or equivalent.
- For non-military candidates: Self-arranged health checkup at district-level or higher medical centers
- Required documents: Health form; Chest X-ray; Electrocardiogram; Abdominal ultrasound; HIV, drug testing; Liver function tests (AST, ALT); Kidney function tests (Urea, Creatinine); Hepatitis B virus testing (HBsAg); Urine analysis (Protein, Glucose).
* Application score threshold for admission consideration to Logistics Officer training at the undergraduate level in 2020:
Note: The score includes the total score of 3 (three) subjects in the combination for admission consideration plus the priority points according to the subject and regional preferences; no subject in the admission combination has a score of 1.00 (one) point or lower.

To ensure the quality of incoming students, the Logistics Academy - Military Logistics System not only sets admission score requirements based on the high school graduation exam scores of candidates but also provides additional criteria that candidates need to meet, such as total exam scores, math scores, and cumulative scores in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.
The highest admission score for the Military Logistics Academy - Military Logistics Department in 2016 is for the Northern Military Logistics sector with subject combination A00 at 26.25 points. However, candidates with a high school graduation exam score of 18.5 points still have the opportunity to be admitted to the school if they opt for the Southern Military Logistics sector with a lower admission score. This has consistently been the department with the lowest admission cutoff in recent years.
