The online check-in process for Vietravel Airlines is the same whether you're using a computer or a mobile device. Here's how it works:

• Step 1: Go to the Manage Booking section, select Check-in. Enter your Booking Reference and Last Name, then click Begin Check-in.
• Step 2: Choose the passenger you wish to check-in or tick the box 'Select All Passengers' to check-in all passengers under the same booking reference. Then click Continue.
• Step 3: Answer Yes or No to the security questions, then click Continue.
• Step 4: Select your seat and purchase additional services if needed. Note that at this stage, you'll choose one of two options:
  • Option 1: Click Continue once, and the system will allow you to select seats and/or purchase additional chargeable services.
  • Option 2: Click Continue twice, and the system will randomly allocate seats at no charge. Passengers traveling together will be automatically seated together by the system.
• Step 5: Complete the check-in process. You can choose to Download or Email your boarding pass.

Important Notes to Know

- Online check-in service of Vietravel Airlines does not apply to passengers falling under the following cases:

• Passengers requiring special services/support;
• Passengers who have been deported;
• Pregnant passengers;
• Passengers traveling with infants;
• Normal newborns from 07 days to 02 years old or newborns needing an incubator or born by cesarean section from 14 days to 02 years old;
• Groups of over 9 passengers under the same booking reference.

- The permitted time for online check-in: From 24 hours to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

- If you have no checked baggage, proceed directly to the security screening area and present your boarding pass.

- For passengers with checked baggage, please be at the airport check-in counter at least 15 minutes before the counter closes to complete the baggage drop-off process.

- Boarding gates will close 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, so passengers who have checked in online must ensure they are present before this time.

- Passengers who have checked in online but fail to arrive on time for check-in or boarding will not be permitted to request refunds or make ticket changes.
