- Pre-cooked rice: 4 small bowls
- Shrimp: 200g
- Chicken eggs: 2 eggs
- Onions: 1 bulb
- Artichoke: 150g
- Cured meat: 100g
- Chicken fat (if available)
- Sesame oil
- Instructions:
- Cleanse all ingredients thoroughly
- Peel and devein the shrimp, briefly stir-fry with a dash of seasoning and pepper
- Blanche the artichoke briefly in boiling water
- Dice onions and cured meat finely

- Sweet corn: 1 ear
- Large carrot: 1
- Okra or green beans: 100g
Instructions:
- Clean the pork again, blanch it in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then simmer for approximately 30 minutes or longer.
- Dice the carrot into small pieces, similar in size to corn kernels.
- Add a bit of cooking oil to the pan, briefly sauté the carrot, corn, and okra, season lightly with spices.
- Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the simmering pork broth (if using ham hock, consider removing it, cutting into small pieces, and adding back to the pot). Continue simmering all ingredients for an additional 3 minutes.
