- Carrot: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 bulb
- Curry powder: 2 packets
- Fresh lemongrass: 3 stalks
- Fresh chili: 1 piece
- Essential spices: salt, sugar, ground pepper, cooking oil, aromatic herbs, coconut milk...
Method:
Step 1: Clean the duck meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the meat with curry powder, salt, pepper, lemongrass, chili, and let it sit for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

- Lemongrass, ginger, salt, pepper, cooking oil
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Clean the duck meat thoroughly, eliminate any unpleasant odor with white wine and crushed ginger. Rinse it off, drain excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
