Microwave Garlic Butter Bread Method
Ingredients: 2 bread loaves, 30g unsalted butter, 2 garlic bulbs, cilantro, 1 spoon sugar, 1 spoon salt. Steps: Cut bread into 2-3cm thick slices, place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Preheat oven to 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Peel and mince garlic, chop cilantro. Melt butter in the microwave. Mix butter, garlic, cilantro, season to taste. Spread the garlic butter evenly on bread. Bake at 170°C for 10-15 minutes until golden. Flip bread, apply garlic butter, bake 10 more minutes. Alternatively, pan-fry until golden and crispy, draining excess oil before serving.


2. Bake garlic butter bread in the oven
Ingredients:
- 2 or more bread loaves.
- Peanut butter: 30g
- Sugar: 1 spoon
- Salt: 1 spoon
- Garlic: 2 bulbs
- Optional cilantro
Steps:
- Slice bread horizontally or diagonally, 1-1.5cm thick. Be gentle to avoid breaking. Prepare bread and butter.
- Preheat oven to 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Peel and finely chop garlic, mince cilantro. Melt butter in the microwave.
- Mix butter, garlic, cilantro, and season. Evenly spread the garlic butter on bread.
- Apply butter to bread and bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle cilantro on top before baking.
- Flip bread, apply mixture to the other side, and bake for another 10 minutes at 170°C until all are baked.


3. Make garlic butter bread in a pan
Ingredients:
- 2 loaves of bread (homemade or store-bought)
- 30g butter
- A small bunch of cilantro
- 2 garlic bulbs
- Salt, sugar
- Mayonnaise
- Tools: Pan, spoon, knife, chopping board, plate, etc.
Instructions:
- Slice the bread diagonally into even pieces, about 1-2cm thick.
- Peel, wash, crush, and mince the garlic. Clean and finely chop the cilantro.
- Melt butter using a double boiler. Mix melted butter with 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro, and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on both sides of each bread slice.
- Heat a pan over low heat, place the bread slices with the sauce side up, and cook for a few minutes until the bottom side turns slightly brown, then flip.
- Wait a few more minutes, flip again if needed, and cook until the bread is slightly crispy.


4. Prepare garlic butter bread with an air fryer
Ingredients:
- Long, dense Baguette with a crispy crust.
- 250g unsalted butter.
- 70g dried parsley (or substitute with oregano, thyme).
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 egg white.
- 2 garlic bulbs.
- Tools: Air fryer
Instructions:
- Cut the baguette into suitable sizes and split in half.
- Peel and mince garlic, then sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Beat the egg white, then mix in the sautéed garlic and other ingredients thoroughly.
- Melt the unsalted butter using a double boiler or microwave, then combine with the mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180ºC. Meanwhile, spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread.
- Once preheated, place the bread in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180ºC, or until the crust is evenly golden.
- When done, serve the bread on a plate and sprinkle some dried parsley on top. The finished garlic butter bread will have a bright golden color and a distinctive aroma of butter and garlic.
