Flower Street in Cao Lanh City
The 2016 Spring Festival, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Dong Thap province, infused a vibrant atmosphere into the preparations for welcoming spring here. Cao Lanh aimed for the image of the 'capital of Dong Thap's pink lotus,' so lotus flowers appeared on both sides of the main roads like Ly Thuong Kiet and Pham Huu Lau. Cao Lanh also adorned many scenes with lotus flowers and introduced a playful mascot, 'Little Lotus,' to warmly welcome visitors.
