The theme of being 'betrayed' isn't overly utilized in isekai, but nearly all series with this theme are highly captivating.
1. Her Majesty's Swarm

Unlike other works, Her Majesty's Swarm takes a completely different direction, even when compared to other isekai with the theme of the main character being betrayed. The story follows an eighteen-year-old college student who, in a strategy game she's playing, chooses to play as a demon faction named Arachnea. Suddenly, for some reason, her body shrinks, reverting to her teenage years, and she becomes the ruler of the Arachnea army.
Quickly adapting, she builds and develops her Swarm army and establishes an alliance with the forest-dwelling race of elves nearby. However, a group of slave hunters arrives in the forest and kills one of her Swarm creatures. Things take a turn for the worse when a group of knights from a nearby kingdom arrives to burn down the elf village and massacre all its inhabitants. This truly enrages her, leading her to plan revenge against the entire world.
2. Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy

Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy, also known as Moonlit Fantasy, tells the story of Makoto Misumi, just an ordinary high school student leading an ordinary life. One day, he's suddenly summoned to another world to become a 'hero'. However, the world's goddess scorns him for his differences, stripping away his 'hero' title before casting him into the wilderness on the world's fringe.
While wandering in the wilderness, Makoto encounters dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and various non-human tribes. Coming from another world grants Makoto the ability to unleash magical prowess and combat skills beyond imagination. But how will he handle encountering various species and surviving in a new environment? In this scenario, Makoto strives to turn the other world into a better place despite humans and deities turning their backs on him.
3.ư

The main character of Arifureta, Hajime Nagumo, epitomizes a typical geek. Formerly on Earth, he was a bullied high school student. Subsequently, alongside his classmates, he's thrust into a fantastical realm. Hajime emerges as the least capable while his classmates possess highly useful skills. Nonetheless, he remains willing to play a supporting role.
However, his comrades betray him completely by pushing him into a gorge, and Hajime falls into a near-death state. Everything changes when Hajime falls into the abyss and must fight on his own. Also during this occasion, he confronts his own weaknesses and reinvents himself to gain enough strength to return.
4. The Rising Of The Shield Hero

Adapted from the light novel of the same name, the anime Tate No Yuusha No Nariagari - The Rising of the Shield Hero follows Naofumi Iwatani - one of the four heroes summoned to the kingdom of Melromarc to become heroes and save the people there. Unlike others, Naofumi is given a defensive weapon, a shield, and receives the title of Shield Hero. Additionally, he is mistreated and falsely accused of assaulting the princess of the kingdom by his own companion.
Suddenly pulled into a strange world and then driven away by those who brought him there, Naofumi decides to tread his own path. With the help of new teammates rescued by Naofumi himself, the story of a legendary warrior begins.
