Karthus is one of the most significantly weakened champions in Teamfight Tactics 9.15b, as the damage of his ultimate has been reduced by 50 at level 1 and 100 at level 2. Perhaps the worse thing for Karthus is at level 2, currently, Karthus will only target 7 enemies with his ultimate instead of the original 9. This means that when a level two Karthus uses his ultimate, it may not attack all enemy units on the opponent's board.
Kayle won't frequently use her shield anymore
Kayle has also received changes in this update, though not as bad as Karthus. Kayle's ability now consumes 125 Mana, meaning she won't be able to use her shield frequently. Another important part of this is that she doesn't gain additional mana to compensate for the increased cost. This means her first skill usage will be significantly delayed compared to the previous update.
Guardian Angel provides less health regeneration
Guardian Angel has been a great item since it was buffed in previous updates, but it was a bit too strong, so Riot decided. Now the item will resurrect units at 800 health instead of 1000 as before.
