Here are some perplexing aspects in the Attack on Titan series; yet fans are willing to overlook them all. The anticipation is that over time, author Hajime Isayama might offer explanations for these shortcomings.
Attack on Titan is renowned as one of the finest anime/manga series to date. The narrative has delivered intriguing stories, robust character development, and themes centered around the essence of human life. All of this has been accomplished through the dedicated work of author Hajime Isayama over more than a decade.
Nevertheless, Attack on Titan isn't always a flawless tale. In reality, the series lacks some reasonable elements, especially in terms of the plot. Despite an engaging story and various narrative twists, Isayama has genuinely left fans puzzled. Here are some plot holes that have emerged.
Language of Marley and Eldians

Residents of Paradis and Marley have lived separately for over 100 years since Karl Fritz decided to 'isolate' himself on Paradis Island. Karl Fritz also briefly announced the threat of a global attack, erasing all memories of Eldian residents on Paradis Island and building a wall around it.
It seems reasonable that differences would arise between Marleys and Eldians on Paradis Island, especially in terms of language or speech. Given that, how Reiner, Annie, Ymir, and Bertholdt managed to infiltrate the Survey Corps and advance into Paradis Island is quite peculiar. With distinct accents, they surely would raise suspicions. Additionally, Ymir's ability to read the writing on food boxes in Utgard's palace is also an illogical point.
Marley Warriors' Strategy

After a prolonged mystery, it was finally revealed that the events in the early part of the story, where Shiganshina district was attacked by the Colossal Titan, killing many Eldian residents, were orchestrated by the Marley Warrior unit. Some were ordered to infiltrate Paradis Island, and they were all Titan Shifters.
The issue is, why did the Marley Warriors send Titan Shifters afterward? This surely isn't a good strategy as they could lose their Titan powers. Perhaps, it would be better if they utilized other means, such as sending experienced individuals like Zeke or Pieck.
Attack Titan's Power Level

Eren is a unique character compared to most other Titan Shifters. Initially, Eren despised Titans, but now he possesses their strength. What's extraordinary is Eren can unlock the full potential of the Titan power he holds. In the battle against the Warhammer Titan in Marley, other Titan Shifters doubted Eren's shapeshifting abilities.

Ymir's intriguing decision to align with Eren reflects her support for his efforts to end the suffering of Eldia's residents. Despite possessing the power of the first Titan, Ymir chose not to act independently, waiting patiently for two centuries and Eren to take charge.
