4. Mai Nha Island

Mai Nha Island is situated in An Hai commune, Tuy An district, Phu Yen province. It's a small island nestled amidst the open sea, approximately 4km away from Dam O Loan. Over 20 years ago, there were inhabitants on the island, but due to geographical isolation, it remains relatively unknown to many, even locals. With an area of about 1.2 km², surrounded by high mountains, adorned with caves, and boasting pristine beaches, its front beach features a stretch of fine, white sand covered with coral and seaweed, with crystal-clear water, perfect for camping and swimming outings.

Mai Nha Island currently lacks electricity, only having two freshwater wells, a small shrine, and absolutely no accompanying services. Therefore, visitors need to bring their own food and drinks, and if planning to stay overnight, camping gear and bedding are essential.
5. Whale Island

Whale Island, also known as Hon Ong or Whale Island, is a small island nestled in Van Phong Bay, part of Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province, about 100km from Nha Trang.

Whale Island stands out from other tourist islands as it's uninhabited. There's only one resort on the island, the Whale Island Resort, which provides all services. Environmental conservation is highly valued here, prohibiting fishing or hunting birds. Therefore, if you're expecting a place to party hard, crowded gatherings, or noisy nightclubs, Whale Island is not the right fit.

Hon Ong is perfect for beach lovers, those who enjoy exploring pristine, tranquil, and serene natural places, seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of urban life, and newlyweds looking to cherish sweet honeymoon moments together. Most foreign visitors rate Hon Ong 9 or 10 out of 10 for its scenery and location. Many tourists affirm that this is truly a paradise they've set foot on.
6. Nu'a Island

Nu'a Island is located at the foot of Cả Pass, bordering between Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa provinces, with a peak of 105 meters above sea level. If traveling in a group, staying overnight on Nu'a Island is recommended, to enjoy bonfires, grilled seafood, and the serene nighttime seaside atmosphere. The island has a lighthouse station and a border guard post. Visitors usually return on the same day, but staying overnight doesn't require prior permission.

Following the footsteps of the lighthouse guards, you'll be guided to explore Nu'a Island's lighthouse and admire the breathtaking panoramic view of the azure sea around the island. The guards are also hospitable hosts, as there aren't many visitors staying on the island. The border marker between Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa provinces is also an interesting spot for people to visit and take photos.

On the northern side of Nu'a Island are towering cliffs rising directly from the sea, forming awe-inspiring landscapes. The colossal cliffs with rugged surfaces give you a mysterious feeling. The higher you climb, the more beautiful sea views you'll discover.
