1. Font Errors in Word, Excel

These fonts are not default in Windows, so users need to download and install them. 2. Unable to Type Vietnamese in Word, Excel
Next, being unable to type Vietnamese in Word and Excel can be frustrating, especially for those less tech-savvy. This common issue arises when users select the wrong encoding or switch modes incorrectly. Rectifying this inability to type Vietnamese in Word and Excel is quite simple. Just ensure you're typing in Vietnamese and in the correct mode, indicated by the 'V' icon rather than the 'E' icon. If it's the 'E' icon, simply clicking on it will switch you to Vietnamese mode.
3. Removing Underlines in Word
