Having experienced the insecurity of a slender and not-so-tall physique, we must immediately avoid these clothing types, gentlemen.
Gentle advice for those who want to conceal a slender figure and appear more polished. The first step: steer clear of these clothing combinations for me, please.
#1 Never buy any clothing that is either larger or smaller by 2–3 sizes, no matter how tempting it may be.
The expansive attire makes comrades appear diminutive within the garments, turning them into mere 'mobile skeletons'.
It's best to have a well-fitted shirt on the shoulders, with the shirttail resting on the pelvic bone. Opt for loose-fitting trousers (avoid slim-fit and skinny) to give a more robust and fleshed-out appearance.

#2 Disregard stiff fabric; clinging to the form is a mistake
A method to make the body look fuller and more muscular is to leverage garments designed with sharp edges and a masculine touch.
I can suggest some items for you to try like: Denim jackets, leather gear (great for chilly days), denim shirts, boxy pocket shirts, military-inspired attire, etc.
Or in simpler terms, if you're a slender, shorter guy, don't hesitate to explore the 'rustic' style introduced in the Dress Up section.
#3 Ditch the deep V-neck T-shirts
Come on, what are you trying to show off, the sturdy frame of your ribcage?
A wide and deep neckline only gives a cramped feeling to the body, so I encourage you to opt for round-neck T-shirts.
How to dress stylishly? Try the layering trend – 'shirt over shirt'.
Choose dark, plain button-up shirts or ones with patterns (plaid looks the best) to layer on the outside. Use long-sleeved shirts and roll them up for a cool look.
Below, go for loose-fitting jeans or joggers paired with sneakers.
There you go, try this style out. Who says dressing well for slim, shorter men is a challenge?

#4 Steer clear of excessively long shorts past the knees
Not-so-tall legs will look more proportionate if we avoid wearing overly long trousers, which can make the upper body oddly elongated and unbalanced.
The most suitable pair of shorts will have a length just above the knee joint, around 2-3 cm, not too short or too long!
Even with trousers, it's the same story; avoid wearing lengthy jeans, khakis, or chinos that go past the ankles.
#5 Steer clear of any types of long-tailed shirts
Firstly, long tails create an unbalanced appearance.
Secondly, long-tailed shirts are usually wide, and having both length and width is like showcasing the least flattering aspect of your body to the world.
Thirdly, wearing a long-tailed shirt requires a tuck-in, or it can look messy and unappealing.

#6 Opt for a wide belt with vibrant colors
Accessories play a significant role in 'handling' the slim physique.
I'd suggest choosing a narrow belt, black and brown are the most versatile colors. Matching the belt color with the pants creates an illusion that elongates the 'mushroom stalk' legs a bit in the eyes of others.
Conversely, wider belts with flashy, vibrant colors only make the body seem divided, unnecessarily flamboyant.
#7 Boots are the way to go, no need for those 'monstrous' height-increasing shoes
Many men believe in the allure of high-heeled shoes with 6-8 cm lifts, heavy and cumbersome, losing the essence of manliness if the design lacks sophistication.
Why not consider an alternative solution like boots, gentlemen?
Embodying the rugged, adventurous spirit, the boot's sole also adds a modest 2-3 cm height boost, more sensible than many other pairs.
