Julius Novachrono's magic is extremely rare and powerful, allowing him to deploy it in countless ways. After saving the Clover Kingdom from Patri's attack, Julius is stabbed by an elf and nearly dies. However, unbeknownst to everyone, Julius stored time within a seal on his forehead, accumulating a total of around 13 years.
Upon returning from the dead, Julius takes on the appearance of a teenage boy with surprisingly formidable magical abilities. Julius's weakening indicates that he was previously an overwhelmingly powerful character, overshadowing all other characters. With Julius's original strength, Yami and Asta would never surpass their limits.

When Naruto first teamed up with Kurama, his power reached a whole new level. With the Demon-Fox by his side, Naruto could access vast amounts of chakra previously beyond his reach. In terms of being a shinobi, Naruto had a significant advantage in every aspect. He overcame all opponents, including gods like Kaguya and Momoshiki.
However, when Naruto bid farewell to Kurama before Kurama used all its strength to fight against Isshiki, Naruto remained a formidable shinobi even without Kurama, entering the Sage state. Nevertheless, Naruto's power decreased significantly, signaling a decline in the character's prowess.
