1. Coriander Root Congee

- Ingredients: 30g coriander roots, 50g rice, 50g lean pork, seasoning to taste.
- Instructions: Select coriander roots, wash, crush, strain to obtain 200ml concentrated juice. Finely chop and marinate lean pork, stir-fry until cooked. Grind rice into powder, add to coriander juice, simmer, add pork, seasoning, and broth. Serve to children once a day, for 2 – 3 consecutive days.
