Beauty Benefits of Bentonite Clay
A quick Google search will reveal plenty of great information. To sum it up briefly:
- Promotes healing and cell regeneration
- Detoxifies the body
- Treats acne (prevents acne and helps cleanse it)
- Prevents pore blockage and tightens pores
- Prevents blackheads
- Reduces scars
- Provides excellent natural exfoliation
- Evens out skin tone
- Whitening nourishment
Essential Ingredients:

- Vitamin E oil (you can also purchase vitamin E capsules)
- Rose water
- Bentonite beauty clay (I often purchase from HOA & GRASS handmade at 633/13 Hong Bang, Ward 6, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City. In Hanoi, you can buy it at OLIVIA SOAP Vietnam at 5 - Alley 76 - Nguyen Chi Thanh)
Execution Method
Step 1: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of vitamin E oil with 1/2 teaspoon of rose water + 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay into a smooth mixture.

Step 2: Apply the mixture onto the scarred area of the skin, leave it on for 30 – 45 minutes.

Step 3: Finally, rinse off with lukewarm water.
Note: This mixture can also be applied to the face, but only do so 1 – 2 times a week, for 10 – 15 minutes each session. Don't let the mask completely dry before rinsing, as leaving it on for too long can dry out the skin and not yield the desired results.
