I was born in a humble and impoverished rural area. It's due to this hardship that I constantly strived and endeavored to rise above, to seek a position in society, to establish myself in the capital. After relentless efforts, I have fulfilled my aspirations.
However, the upbringing of my children is a different story. They are overly indulged, shielded from the harsh realities of rural life. Everything to them is through textbooks, with perhaps a visit to the countryside where they are pampered by their grandparents, oblivious to the notion of hardship.
They still imagine farmers through farm simulation games on phones and computers, where a few clicks can yield a plethora of produce. Hence, I went through great lengths to search, and Hai Cang Dong Mo emerged as a choice to provide my children with authentic experiences right from their early years.

For rural dwellers, farming vegetables and raising poultry are nothing out of the ordinary. However, for city dwellers, these activities seem 'extravagant.' Not only my child but many youngsters raised in the capital have no idea about real-life vegetable patches, water buffaloes, or cows. So why not give them these incredibly unique experiences?

Located 35km from Hanoi towards Son Tay town, Hai Cang Dong Mo is an eco-friendly tourist complex nestled amidst nature, covering nearly 3 hectares with a full range of services such as 3-star hotels, outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and a farming system for growing vegetables and raising various livestock.
The farming system is what I'm most eager to visit. Here, everyone can become farmers, personally cultivating and harvesting produce right from the garden.

Firstly, the fishing pond system here must be mentioned. Not only does it regulate the climate, adding a touch of romance and poetry to Hai Cang Dong Mo, but it's also an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts. The pond is stocked with dozens of freshwater fish species, allowing visitors to leisurely fish and cook, enjoying the fruits of their labor on the spot.

Sometimes, caught up in work, I don't have much time to chat with my children. This is also a time for everyone to sit together and share stories. Initially hesitant, my children were afraid and felt dirty, not daring to approach. However, with the guidance of the staff there, along with the persuasion of their parents, the children carefully tended to each animal, feeding them, and I felt a strange warmth. Indeed, it is only when one receives love that they truly understand love.

Next, we must mention the vegetable farm. Dozens of types of vegetables are grown to strict standards, without the use of pesticides or preservatives. Visiting Hai Cang Dong Mo, my family had the opportunity to participate firsthand in planting fresh green vegetables, choosing the types of food for each meal.

Each new experience will bring new feelings, new lessons for everyone. Although only for a short time, I believe that when children feel the hardships of their parents, of the farmers,... only then will they truly appreciate the value of labor, cherish money, and strive in both learning and life.
