– Ground pork: 200 grams

– Onions: 2-3 bulbs
– Spring onions, cilantro
– Seasonings: Salt, sugar, pepper, fish sauce, seasoning powder.
Method for cooking steamed stuffed bitter melon with shrimp and meat:
– Peel the bitter melon, wash thoroughly, and cut into sections. Use a spoon to remove the seeds.
– Place ground pork into a glass bowl. Marinate the meat with pepper, finely chopped onions, sugar, seasoning powder, fish sauce... If desired, you can also add finely chopped mushrooms. Mix well to let the mixture absorb the spices, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
