How to do Vietjet Air online check-in
Step 1: Open the VietJet Air app => Select Check In at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Fill in the required informationBefore Vietjet online check-in, you need to fill in all required information including Booking Code, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name => Select “Continue”.
Step 3: Begin the check-in processPress Check In now and start the online check-in with Vietjet
Step 4: Select the passenger to check in and follow the instructions
Step 5: Choose your seat and confirm
Step 6: After confirmation, press Check in
Step 7: Press Agree and complete the check-in process

Method 3: Vietjet Online Check-in at Kiosk
Step 1: Arrive at the airport and locate Vietjet's check-in kiosk (usually placed near the check-in counters). These kiosks are currently available at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Da Nang Airport (Da Nang), and Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City).Step 2: Enter the required information: Booking code, passenger's last name accurately, then select “Find booking” and proceed with the instructions. In case the booking code is for multiple people, you will select seats one by one for each person. Once done with one person, you will start from the beginning for the next person and repeat until all passengers under the same code are assigned seats.Step 3: Review the information and select “Continue”Step 4: Choose a seat and confirm, then select confirm to complete check-in and print your boarding pass.

Once completed, you select Check-in to submit the form and confirm.

Online check-in is only applicable for domestic flights departing from Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Da Nang Airport (Da Nang), and Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) by Vietjet Airlines.
Online check-in is currently not applicable in the following cases:
Passengers who are pregnant or traveling with infants.Passengers requiring special assistance or with limited mobility.The number of passengers under the same booking code exceeds 9.Booking code is in debt to the airline due to reasons such as reservation changes, additional baggage purchase... but not yet settled.Not all Vietjet routes offer Online Check-in. Therefore, travelers need to thoroughly research before flying to avoid delays.
Passengers without checked baggage find online check-in most convenient. If you have checked baggage, you must bring it to the check-in counter as usual. Additionally, the online check-in steps remain the same without any changes.
