1. Changing DNS on Windows Phone
Go to Wi-Fi Settings > Double-click on the connected Wi-Fi to find out your IP address. Note down the default IP on your device to switch to Static IP settings.
Go back to Wi-Fi settings, scroll down, and select Static IP. Proceed to change the DNS as follows:
- IP address > Enter the IP you noted earlier.
- Subnet mask > 255.255.255.0
- Default gateway > 192.168.1.1
- Change DNS > 8.8.4.4
Press Save after completing the DNS change settings on your device.
2. Change Proxy on Windows Phone
Select the Wi-Fi network needing proxy change, enable manual proxy setup. Enter the server URL and port of the proxy as follows:
- Server URL: 211.44.183.97, Port: 80
Press Save after completion.
