Accessing Multiple Computers Remotely with Ultraviewer
Every time you open a program on the Windows operating system, the system will automatically create a working session with the Username (User Name) also being the login account name of your computer. For most programs, games, etc., users can only run one instance with one corresponding account name.
Therefore, to access multiple computers remotely with Ultraviewer, you need to open multiple instances of it by running this software as multiple different users. Below, Mytour will quickly guide you on how to create a second user account on your computer on the Windows 10 operating system.
Step 1: Right-click on the Start
Step 2: In the Windows Settings window that appears, click on the Accounts section.
Step 3: Observe the category column on the left side, locate and click on the Family & other people section. Then, click on Add someone else to this PC.
Step 4: A new dialog box appears asking you to enter a phone number or email to sign in. Choose I don't have this person's sign-in information to skip this step.
Step 5: The system continues to prompt you to register a new Microsoft account. At this step, click Add a user without a Microsoft account to create a user name without requiring registration.
Step 6: In the Create User Account window, enter a name, password, security question. After entering the information, click Next to complete.
So, you have successfully created a user account on the computer. If successful, the system will display as illustrated below.
Step 7: Now you have 2 user accounts, at this point, open one instance of Ultraviewer in the usual way. To open another instance of Ultraviewer, hold down the Shift key and right-click on the application icon, select Run as different user .
Step 8: A new dialog box opens requesting login information, please enter the username and password of the user account just created. Click OK to continue.
On the computer's workspace screen, there are now 2 Ultraviewer windows open. At this point, enter the ID and password to access another computer as usual.
Mytour has just completed guiding how to access multiple computers remotely with Ultraviewer simply without needing to install additional support software. To control more computers, you just need to create additional user accounts by following the above instructions again.
