Step 2: On the main screen, select 'With phone number' as shown below.
Step 3: Here, input your phone number and password for your Zalo account. Then, click on 'Login with password'.
Step 4: Complete the Captcha code as requested.
Step 5: Next, verify Zalo login on the new device.
Step 6: This is the interface of Zalo Web once you have successfully logged in.
Login with QR code
Step 1: Access the link https://id.zalo.me/ to enter Zalo Web - log in on Google Chrome.
Step 2: Open the Zalo app on your phone logged into your Zalo account. Then, select the QR scan icon as shown below.
Step 3: Point your phone's camera at the Zalo Web QR code to scan. Then, click on 'Log in' to complete.
Login by sending login request
Step 1: Access Zalo Web on Google Chrome via the link https://id.zalo.me/.
Step 2: On the Zalo Web interface, select 'With phone number' login as shown.
Step 3:Enter the phone number registered for your Zalo accountselect 'Send login request'
Step 4: Then, click on the 'Agree' button.
Step 5: Complete the Captcha verification and wait for the request to be sent to your phone.

Zalo Web - Login on Google Chrome on Mobile
To log in and use Zalo Web on the Google Chrome browser on your mobile device, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Open the Safari browser on your iPhone and go to the address https://id.zalo.me/
- Step 2: Choose the 'With phone number' tab, then enter your phone number and password
- Step 3: Select 'Login with password' to complete.
For iPhone users, you can add a shortcut to the home screen to save time when logging into Zalo Web on Google Chrome. On the Zalo Web interface in Safari, tap on
Share(Up arrow icon) >Select
'Add to Home Screen”. Immediately, the Zalo icon will appear on the home screen of your iPhone.
Is logging into Zalo Web with QR code or phone number better?
The most popular login method nowadays is through QR code. It helps you save time, is safer, and much more secure than logging into Zalo Web with a phone number and password.
However, sometimes due to reasons such as phone battery depletion preventing QR code scanning, logging in with a phone number becomes the preferred choice.

Share files between computer and phoneZalo Web enables users to transfer files, images quickly between your computer and phone through a dedicated chat window, facilitating easy and rapid file exchange.

Create a to-do listCurrently, Zalo Web has added a new feature which is Task Assignment and Task Tracking extremely quickly and conveniently right on the Zalo app.
Click on
the To-do icon> In the
My Taskssection, select
Assign Task>
Enter complete information(information marked with (*) is required) >
Assign Task.
With this feature, you can assign tasks to others or to yourself, track progress, and leave comments when necessary.
Change account informationIn addition to changing Zalo information via your phone, you can also do this directly on Zalo Web.
