Mother's guide to accurately preparing Wakodo Lebens formula #2
1. Sterilize milk bottle and utensils
- Mom should wash hands thoroughly with soap before preparing Wakodo formula #2 for the baby
- Sterilize milk bottle and utensils such as cups, spoons, nipples, etc., by boiling in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or using specialized sterilization machines.
2. Prepare the amount of formula and water needed
- Each scoop of formula milk is equivalent to 7g and can be mixed with 50ml – use boiled water cooled to 50°C for preparation.
- Depending on the age and each feeding requirement of the baby, moms should calculate the amount of formula needed for each feeding to best suit the baby.
- For babies 12 months and older, use at least 4 scoops mixed with 200ml of water, and feed the baby 2-3 times a day.
3. Prepare Wakodo Lebens formula #2
- Pour about 100ml of warm water at 50°C into the cup or utensil for formula preparation.
- Take 4 scoops of Wakodo Lebens formula #2 into the preparation tool. Close the lid, shake well to completely dissolve.
- Remove the lid, add the remaining amount of warm water up to 200ml (about 50°C) or boiled water cooled down to dissolve the nutritional formula completely.
- Check the milk temperature in the bottle before feeding the baby to avoid burning. Moms can drop a few drops of milk on the wrist; when the temperature is just warm, feed the baby.
4. Notes when preparing Wakodo Lebens formula #2
- Do not use water that is too hot to mix formula milk for the baby.
- Do not microwave the prepared milk.
- Moms should only prepare for one feeding; excess milk after breastfeeding should not be given to the baby again after 1 hour.
- Store the milk in a dry, cool place, away from sunlight.
