Storing photos in iCloud Photo Library helps you save a considerable amount of memory on your device, ensuring your images are never lost. If you make any changes to photos on your iPhone, they are automatically stored. Here are the steps to activate the iCloud Photo Library feature.
Please note:
- This is a beta version, so there may be some minor bugs.
- When activated, all photos synchronized with iTunes or PC will be removed.
- Ensure that future devices also need to use iOS 8 or later.
Step 1: Initiate Settings.
Step 2: Tap on iCloud.
Step 3: Proceed to select Photos.
Step 4: Under iCloud Photo Library, switch to On to start using.
Step 5: If your photos are synchronized with iTunes or a computer, you'll receive a notification that all photos synchronized with iTunes or PC will be removed. To proceed, press Confirm.
If you prefer not to do that, follow the steps above and switch iCloud Photo Library to Off.
You can store photos or videos here for free up to 5 GB. There are various storage plans ranging from 20 GB to 1 TB.
