Add Window Calculator to Quick Access Toolbar in Excel

For Excel 2010 

Step 1: File --> Options

Step 2: A dialog box appears, select the

Customize ribbon tab, in the Choose commands from section choose Command not in the Ribbon.

Step 3: Choose New Tabs to add a new tab and right-click on the tab to name it.

Step 4: Next, select Calculator, then press Add.

Step 5: You will see Calculator has been added, press OK.

Result: Go back to your Excel file and you will see Window Calculator has been added to the toolbar.

For Excel 2007 

Step 1: Office button --> Excel Options

Step 2: A dialog box appears, select the tab, in Customize section choose Command not in the ribbon.

Step 3: Next, select Calculator, press Add.

Step 4: You will see Calculator has been added, press OK.

Result: Go back to your Excel file and you will see Window Calculator has been added to the toolbar.

This operation only supports from Excel 2007 onwards. Adding Window Calculator to Quick Access Toolbar in Excel is extremely simple, and you can also add other tools to Excel for more convenient and faster calculations.
