Boosting posts on Facebook helps friends see more previous Stories without the need to repost. Here's the quickest and most accurate way to add eye-catching posts on Facebook.
Facebook has expanded across platforms, but fully supports features only on mobile platforms. Therefore, you can only add eye-catching posts on Facebook via Android, IOS... the computer platform will not be able to add eye-catching posts.
1. Adding eye-catching posts on Facebook
Step 1: Open Facebook and select Profile. Then, choose Edit Profile to navigate to Highlights.
If you haven't used Highlights before, you have the option to Try it. Simply select Try it to start adding featured posts to your profile.
Step 2: When adding featured posts to Highlights, you can choose photos/videos from the following sources:
- Images/Videos uploaded on Facebook
- Images/Videos posted on Stories
- Images/Videos available on your phone
Select the Images/Videos you want to add to the featured post (unlimited quantity) and click Next to create the Highlight Album.
Step 3: When creating a Featured post Album on Facebook, you can name the Album and change the cover photo of the Album to suit your preferences.
To name the Featured post Album on Facebook, click on the Title section and modify the title content.
Step 4: If you want to change the cover photo of the Album on your profile, select the Camera icon. Then, you will have the option to choose a cover photo for the Album as follows:
- Camera: Choose a cover photo by taking a picture or using existing photos on your phone.
- Existing Photos: Choose a cover photo by using existing images in the Featured post Album.
Depending on your preferences, you can choose existing photos or upload new photos from your phone to use as the cover photo.
Step 5: Once you have completed all the settings, simply select Finish to upload the content to Facebook's Highlights.
Step 6: At this point, your Facebook profile page will be immediately updated with the Featured post Album right below the personal contact information.
2. How to add multiple Featured post Albums on Facebook
To add a new Featured post Album on Facebook, simply select New (+) next to the previous featured posts. Then, repeat the similar steps mentioned above to create a new collection of featured posts.
Currently, Facebook does not limit the number of Featured post Albums, so feel free to add multiple Albums at once.
3. How to add new posts to Featured post Albums on Facebook
When you post a story on Facebook, you can also add those new stories to Featured post Albums on Facebook.
Step 1: Open the newly uploaded Story on Facebook.
Step 2: Then, select the Featured post (star) category and choose the Album you want to add the new featured story to.
Additionally, you can create a new Featured post Album by creating a New Noteworthy Collection.
4. How to edit Featured posts on Facebook
Editing Featured post Albums is crucial; you can add or remove old posts within the Album. To edit Featured post Albums on Facebook, follow these steps:
Step 1: Long press on the Featured post Album on your profile page.
Step 2: Choose Edit Noteworthy Collection and add or remove posts as needed.
5. How to delete Featured post Albums on Facebook
When you want to delete a Featured post on Facebook, simply follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Long press on the Featured post Album you want to delete.
Step 2: Then, select Delete Noteworthy Collection and choose OK to permanently delete.
