1. How to Insert Images into Gmail on Computer
To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account. Click on the “Compose” button. (See image below).
Step 2: In the new compose window, you click 'Insert
Step 3: Here, you click on the image icon as shown below.
Step 4: Click 'Choose from device'.
Step 5: You then click 'Select image to upload'.
Step 6: Access the folder containing the image you want to insert into Gmail. Then, click on the image and click 'Open'.
Step 7: Now, you need to enter the recipient's email address, subject line,... then press 'Send' to finish.
2. How to Insert Images into Gmail on Android, iOS
Step 1: On your phone, open Gmail. In the bottom right corner, tap 'Compose' (Figure 1). Then, tap the attach icon (Figure 2).
Step 2: Click on 'Attach file' to upload images from the Photo library on your phone (or if you want to insert images from Drive, then click 'insert from Drive') (Figure 3), then you select the image you want to upload. Next, you also enter your gmail address, subject, compose the email and click the send icon (Figure 4) to send the email.
Inserting images into Gmail allows you to send emails to friends, partners more effectively than just plain text. You can perform attaching documents when sending Email with similar operations.
Setting up to display default image information when receiving emails from senders without having to manually open as usual will save you time processing many other tasks.
