Child Lock

The Smart Check function is usually integrated into high-end Samsung washing machines. You need to install the Samsung Smart Washer app (available on AppStore or CHPlay) on your smartphone and grant this app access to the device's camera.

The Smart Check feature saves time and optimizes costs for repair services.
Please press Rinse and Option simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate Smart Check function. Afterwards, the washing machine will initiate a self-diagnosis process and display a code on the screen (if an error occurs). Then, open the Samsung Smart Washer app on your phone and scan the code. If the information code is accurately recognized, the app will provide detailed information about the errors and troubleshooting measures for the washing machine.
