* Enrollment Procedure Steps
- Step 1: Visit the Guidance Desk on the ground floor of building B to receive the Admission Letter (for those who have not received it previously), and payment order number.
- Step 2: Pay the tuition fee at one of the three designated areas on the ground floor of building B corresponding to the color of the payment order number (White payment order at the Office of Oriental Language and Culture, green payment order at the Office of International Relations, and yellow payment order at the Training Department). After paying the tuition fee, students will receive 01 tuition fee receipt, 01 student profile + health check form, 01 student ID lanyard for further steps.
- Step 3: Submit enrollment documents at the central area on the ground floor of building B. After receiving the student's documents, the university staff will return the following documents: 01 Receipt of Application, 01 Schedule “Citizenship Activities Week – Academic Year 2018 – 2019” (Students are mandatory to participate in all activities according to the schedule).
- Step 4: Health check at the Seminar Room (1st floor, building B).
- Step 5: Take a student ID photo at Room B21 (2nd floor, building B).
- Step 6: Transfer to Youth Union activities, register for Student Union membership at the area designated for Youth Union – Student Union on the ground floor of building B. Transfer to Party activities contact the Guidance Desk on the ground floor of building B for assistance.
