Successful candidates through high school transcript evaluation must confirm enrollment from August 31, 2020, to 5:00 PM, September 15, 2020. Enrollment confirmation procedures include:
- Original High School Graduation Certificate;
- Temporary tuition fee for the academic year 2020 - 2021 (calculated for 40 credits), specifically:

Standard programs: (276,000 VND/credit) x 40 = 11,040,000^VND.
High-quality programs:

+ Economics and Management: 743,000 VND/credit x 40 = 29,720,000^VND.
+ Marketing Communications: 771,200 VND/credit x 40 = 30,848,000^VND.
+ International Relations and Global Communication: 737,700 VND/credit x 40 = 29,508,000^VND.
+ High-Quality Television Journalism, High-Quality Online Journalism: 748,500 VND/credit x 40 = 29,940,000^VND.

- After September 15, 2020, candidates who do not confirm enrollment will be considered as not wishing to study at the Journalism and Communication Academy. Admitted candidates start classes on October 17, 2020.

4. Admission Standard for the Journalism Academy 2019

Candidates admitted must confirm their enrollment at the Journalism and Communication Academy by submitting the official High School Graduation Certificate for the 2019 academic year before July 23. Admission is based on the national high school graduation exam results from 2018, with scores ranging from 16 to 30.5, including some majors with additional coefficients.

In cases where candidates have equal admission scores at the bottom of the list, the school will apply additional criteria. For the Journalism major, the Academy prioritizes candidates with higher scores in Journalism Aptitude, Photojournalism, and Television Filming. Following that, candidates with higher average scores in Vietnamese language over three years of high school are given priority.

For majors with additional coefficients and English as the main subject, priority is given to candidates with higher average scores in English over three years of high school. Candidates choosing majors with History as the main subject will be prioritized based on higher average scores in History.

The average score in Mathematics over three years of high school will be used as a priority condition for other majors and specializations.
