• Subscribers with active two-way communication.
• Subscribers without previous outstanding advance credit debts.

Important Note:

• You will receive 3000 VND in KM3 account for making calls, sending texts within the network, and across networks. This account cannot be used to register for 3G, 4G, or other services.
• The advance fee is 300 VND per transaction.
• The advance amount plus the fee will be deducted from your next card reload or deducted from the amount transferred by other subscribers.

How to use the automatic credit advance service:

If you meet all the requirements above, your subscription will receive an invitation message to advance credit from switchboard 9015 or 9779, follow these steps:

• To agree to advance credit from the advance credit service, compose a message with Y and send to 9015 (or send to 9779 – depending on the message sent to your subscriber), note that the message must be sent within 24 hours from receiving the invitation message.
• If you no longer want to receive advance credit invitation messages, compose a message with TC and send to 9015 to reject the advance (if you reject, you will not receive advance credit invitation messages from 9015 next time).
• If you want to register for advance credit again, compose DK and send to 9015.

Note:

• You are not allowed to select the advance amount as the system defaults in the advance invitation message.
• The advance amount is immediately credited to the main account.
• The advance fee ranges from 10% to 30% of the Mobifone advance amount depending on the advance invitation message.
• The system will deduct the advance amount plus service fee immediately when you reload a new card or receive money from the Mobifone money transfer service.
