In case your home lacks a cooling fridge, a fan will still operate normally albeit with reduced cooling efficacy. Lower temperatures enhance cooling efficiency, hence dry ice aids in lowering temperature and enhances cooling effectiveness.

3. Generating ions for air purification.
Previously, air conditioner fans utilized Ozone as an air bacterial disinfection technology, but now most air conditioner fans employ ion generation technology instead of Ozone.
The ion generation function of the fan facilitates air purification, as dust particles in the air carry a positive charge; when encountering negative ions, they are attracted and fall, rendering the air cleaner and more comfortable for users.

4. Diverse wind modes.
In addition to the usual wind mode, air conditioner fans are equipped with additional modes such as sleep mode and natural wind mode.
- Normal wind mode: The fan will blow a steady stream of air at a consistent speed without alternating rhythms between strong and weak.
- Sleep wind mode: The fan will blow a gentle breeze, providing you with a relaxing sensation for easier sleep induction.
- Natural wind mode: The airflow from the fan blades will alternate rhythmically, sometimes strong, sometimes weak, delivering the most comfortable cool breeze for the room.
- Strong wind mode: In this mode, the fan will operate at its highest power level, suitable when you need quick cooling for a large area such as the living room or office.

5. Remote control from a distance
Most modern air conditioning fans are equipped with remote controls, making it more convenient for you to use the fan without having to approach it.

6. Manual wind direction reversal
Every air conditioning fan will have a wind louver system that adjusts the direction of the fixed wind towards where you want cooling. In automatic oscillation mode (Swing), the wind louvers will continuously reverse direction to cool the entire room.
When turning off the automatic oscillation mode, the wind louvers remain stationary, and you simply use your hand to adjust the wind louvers in the desired direction to cool the area you want.

7. Low water level warning
To protect the water suction pump of the fan from damage due to low water levels, the air conditioning fan will feature an additional low water level warning function. When the water level approaches the MIN threshold in the reservoir, this function will be activated, and the water refill indicator light will illuminate along with an audible alert to notify users to refill water.
By default, this mode will always be activated when users turn on the misting mode of the fan. This feature can also be replaced by an automatic pump shutdown when water runs out. However, this warning feature will be more useful because users can proactively refill water as needed.

8. Cooling ice compartment
The advantage of the air conditioning fan is cooling with water. However, on extremely hot days, the best solution is to use a cooling ice compartment. Putting some dry ice into the compartment helps reduce the air temperature by an additional 3-4°C due to the long-lasting and deep cooling ability of dry ice.
9. Built-in essential oil holder
Modern air coolers now come with a compartment for aromatic wax and essential oils to create a cool breeze with your favorite scent, promoting a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, eliminating odors, repelling insects... within the cooling space.

10. Carbon Air Filter
Due to its ability to absorb toxic gases and pollutants, the activated carbon filter is used in air coolers to eliminate unpleasant and harmful odors present in the air, enhancing health protection for users.
11. USB Charging Port for Phones
Some current models of air coolers also feature USB charging ports, allowing you to conveniently charge your electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and wireless headphones directly on the air cooler.

12. Dust Filter Mesh and Cooling Pad
Every air cooler is equipped with a dust filter and cooling pad to trap dirt, reduce the temperature of hot air streams, and effectively cool.
With the mechanism of drawing outside air (hot air) in, passing through the dust filter mesh, then through the cooling pad, dirt is trapped once again. Here, the water system on the cooling pad will lower the temperature of the incoming hot air, ensuring that the cooled air blown out is pure, safe, and refreshing.
Cooling pads can be made of wood, plastic, or plant fibers. Depending on your needs, you can choose the one that suits you best.
Depending on the model and manufacturer, the dust filter mesh can be made of metal or plastic, with or without activated carbon coating. The dust filter can be removed for cleaning and reuse without the need to purchase new replacements.

13. Mobility Wheels
Despite being bulkier in design compared to regular electric fans, you won't have to struggle with carrying. Most air cooler products come with flexible wheels, allowing you to move the cooler to places like bedrooms, living rooms, or kitchens easily without scratching the floor.

14. Automatic Pump Shut-off when Water is Low
When the water tray is empty, the pump will automatically shut off to prevent pump overheating accidents, ensuring safety for users and prolonging the machine's lifespan.
When the water pump shuts off, the fan will still blow air like a regular electric fan, accompanied by a water shortage alert sound to remind users to refill water for the machine to operate.
15. LED Display Control Panel
The LED display control panel shows essential parameters, making it very user-friendly. All we need to do is press a button. Most air cooler control panels will have function buttons depicted with easy-to-understand symbols and labels. Here are some function buttons on the cooler:
- Power (On): Turns the fan on.
- Speed: Adjusts the fan speed, typically air coolers have 3 speeds (Low - Medium - High), choose the appropriate speed according to your needs.
- Swing: Changes the fan blade rotation direction.
- Cool: Uses the cooler's water function when the water level is above half of the container.
- Humidity Control: Helps maintain cool, comfortable air.
- Ozone/Ion: Emits negative ions or ozone to clean the air, providing a pleasant sensation when using the fan.
16. Adjustable Wind Direction
Thanks to the wind direction adjustment feature, the fan can cool a larger space. The mechanism of this function relies on the fan blade.
When selecting the swing mode, which means changing the rotation direction of the air divider, the wind can be directed from left to right and vice versa, helping to cool a wider space.

17. Humidity Enhancement
While regular air conditioning tends to reduce humidity in the room, causing dry skin and dehydration, air coolers address this issue.
Air coolers use water vapor to absorb heat and lower the air temperature, thus also increasing the humidity in the room. However, it's important to note that prolonged high humidity can damage electrical devices.

18. Room Temperature Sensor
The room temperature sensor is a common feature in modern air coolers, allowing for the measurement and display of the current room temperature.
Some more advanced coolers can also display humidity, date, and time, which is quite convenient.
19. Timer Function
The timer function, though familiar, is very useful in air cooler models. You can schedule the cooler to turn off or even turn on at specific times, making it convenient. At the set time, the cooler will automatically turn off (or on), helping you save on monthly electricity costs.
20. Drain Valve for Water Reservoir Sediment
During usage, the fan may accumulate dust, foreign objects affecting the fan's operation, and causing unpleasant odors.
To address this issue, manufacturers equip convenient drain valves at the bottom of the water tank, making it easy for you to drain excess water and clean the tank when needed.
21. Continuous Direct Water Supply Valve
The air cooler is also equipped with a continuous direct water supply valve connected directly to the household water system, operating similarly to a washing machine's water supply valve. This ensures that the cooler always has water available for operation without frequent water supply.

22. Smart Humidity Control with AI/Inverter Technology
This is a modern feature commonly integrated into premium air cooler models. When this mode (Humidity Control) is activated, the humidity sensor operates. If the air humidity exceeds the set threshold (over 75%), the cooler automatically turns off the cooling mode (the pump stops operating).
Conversely, if the humidity drops to the set level (below 70%), the fan will reactivate the water evaporative cooling mode (the water pump continues to operate).
Some fans feature intelligent inverter technology, where instead of constantly turning the pump on and off, the pump automatically adjusts its power to suit the environment, ensuring the fan's cooling function lasts longer.
23. Mosquito Catching Feature
This is a new feature on air coolers. When the mosquito-catching feature is activated, the UV light on the cooler will illuminate to attract mosquitoes and insects, then trap them with the airflow sucked into the inside.
