The Play-In stage of MSI 2022 seems to be the perfect time for T1's Bottom Lane duo to 'test their luck'
Following the second day of MSI 2022 matches, top teams still maintain crucial winning streaks. All three top teams, T1, G2, and RNG, concluded the second day undefeated. Notably, T1's Bottom Lane hints at 'testing their limits' by bringing out the rarely seen Ngộ Không Support for Keria.

Keria not only fulfills his role but also demonstrates exceptional 'team-carrying' skills by consistently creating advantageous skirmishes for T1 in the Bottom Lane. Even mid-game, Ngộ Không with the Sát Thần's Búa Rìu becomes a force too powerful for AZE to counter. This success also stems from T1's other lanes pressuring and denying opponents' resources.
In an interview with Korizon, Keria boldly claims he could 1v5 at that moment. In the same interview, Keria hints at using Graves Support in upcoming matches as he's used this playstyle in solo queue. Perhaps this is a solution from T1's coaching staff as Gumayusi has yet to reach his peak performance.

Question: I've noticed you frequently play Graves Support in solo queue. Will T1 utilize this strategy at MSI 2022?
T1 Keria: That's probably it. If you see Gumayusi locking in Senna, it's likely I'll pick a new champion in that Support position.

Essentially, the strategy of combining Senna with another champion in the Bottom Lane is not unfamiliar to professional players. This strategy takes advantage of not needing to farm but still acquiring enough gold to build items, with power continually increasing due to Senna's soul collection. As a result, the teammate laning with Senna becomes as strong as a Solo Lane champion and enhances the team's overall strength compared to the opponent.

As we've seen before, Keria's Ngộ Không was able to dominate the AZE team by possessing the Sát Thần's Búa Rìu as early as the 11th minute of the match. Similarly, this could happen with Graves as this champion also has the ability to brawl strongly at the beginning of the game. Perhaps with a highly skilled player like Keria, who enjoys playing 'unconventional' champions, he will indeed choose Graves at MSI 2022, perhaps even in the match against DFM in the afternoon of May 12.
