Design and Appearance
Air Blade is a hybrid scooter with a blend of scooter and underbone styling, aiming to create a versatile, fashionable, and sporty product for customers in the Asian market.
A vehicle with large wheels like a motorcycle and the transmission of a scooter along with a spacious storage compartment and discreet footrests are truly suitable for urban and suburban usage, especially in the outskirts of SG city.Favorite Feature
Air Blade has undergone several changes in overall design and numerous upgrades in details. If you just glance at an Air Blade, especially the front part, you will surely mistake it for a large-displacement motorcycle rather than a common scooter.
The most impressive point for riders is the position of the fuel tank lid. Although it is designed to be placed in front of the rider like on the Honda LEAD, the fuel tank lid on the Air Blade is positioned quite high, almost level with the seat position and within reach of the rider. With just a button next to the lock position, you can quickly refuel and continue your journey without having to dismount, open the trunk, and then open the fuel cap like on most other motorbikes. This method is similar to sport motorcycles with a horizontally positioned fuel tank in front of the abdomen.
The footrest position of the vehicle, although not as large and spacious as other scooter models, is sufficient for the rider to enjoy much more comfort than most manual transmission motorbikes.
The under-seat storage compartment of the Honda Air Blade is also one of the attractive utilities of the vehicle. With the ability to hold 2 helmets, along with a bag, raincoat, and other small items.
In this new version of the Air Blade, the smart key system has been introduced, similar to the premium versions of Honda SH and LEAD. With LED lights indicating the lock position, opening is very eye-catching. The smart key system is not only a modern convenience but also a change in the impression of the vehicle with the highest theft rate in Vietnam. The vehicle can only be unlocked and started when the key holder is within a 2m radius, making the Honda Air Blade a theft-resistant vehicle, a safe vehicle.
Area for Improvement
