Short-term entry requirements for visitors to Singapore
From 29/08/2022, all tourists can explore Singapore. Specific conditions apply to fully vaccinated and non-vaccinated groups.
For fully vaccinated travelers,
Fully vaccinated Vietnamese visitors and children aged 12 and below are permitted to enter Singapore without the need for entry approval. No pre-departure testing, testing upon arrival, or quarantine is required.
Prepare the following documents:
– Vaccination certificate
– Airplane ticket for the flight to Singapore
– Download the TraceTogether app and register your profile
Upon arrival in Singapore, submit the SG Arrival Card and complete the online health declaration through the official and free online service on the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website at least 3 days before departure.

Unvaccinated travelers are not required to undergo home quarantine or PCR testing. However, it is essential to ensure that you have purchased travel insurance covering Covid-19, with a minimum coverage of $30,000 Singapore dollars. Conduct a PCR or ART test within 2 days before departure.
