- First, you need to select the content you want to center in the table, then press the Ctrl + E key combination.

Method 2: Centering Cells in Word Using Paragraph
Step 1: Select the entire table. In the Home tab, locate the Paragraph section, then choose Center as shown in the image.
Step 2: To add space above all cells in the table, select the Line and Paragraph Spacing icon, then click on Add Space Before Paragraph.
Step 3: Alternatively, to evenly space cells from all sides—left, right, top, and bottom—simply select the entire table, right-click, and choose Table Properties...
Step 4: In the Table Properties dialog box, go to the Cell tab, under Vertical alignment, select Center, then click Ok to confirm and verify the results.
Method 3: Centering Cells in Word Using Layout
To center cells using Layout, simply open the Layout section on the Word toolbar.
Next, highlight the table and select the center cell alignment icon as shown in the image. You can choose to center cells upward or center cells downward according to your preference.
