Step 1: Select the entire table. In the Home tab, locate the Paragraph section, then choose Center as shown in the image.
Step 2: To add space above all cells in the table, select the Line and Paragraph Spacing icon, then click on Add Space Before Paragraph.
Step 3: Alternatively, to evenly space cells from all sides—left, right, top, and bottom—simply select the entire table, right-click, and choose Table Properties...
