Step-by-Step Instructions

Start by sketching a circle to create the ring. Then, draw a smaller circle inside the first one. Finally, add a slim trapezoid at the bottom center of the inner circle.


Flare out both ends of the crossbar. Slightly widen the lower half of the vertical section of the cross. The vertical part is called the shank, and the horizontal part is known as the stock.

Sketch a crescent shape beneath the crossbar, slightly wider than its width.

Draw a small triangle pointing downward at the midpoint of the crescent. This forms the crown. At the end of each crescent arm, include an outward-pointing triangle, representing the fluke.

Outline the anchor based on the initial sketch.

Remove the guidelines.

Apply some color.
