How to Replace ID Card via Zalo

Step 1: To request an ID card replacement via Zalo, go to the main interface of the app and search for the Police Station of Tan Phu District - Ho Chi Minh City. Then, click on the green Follow button in the middle of the screen to proceed.

Step 2: After following, you'll be directed to the chat interface with this official account. Above the message input box, there are some options. To replace your ID card, click on BCA Public Services Gateway. Next, in the interface of the BCA Public Services Gateway, select and click on Issue, Manage ID Cards.

Step 3: There are 2 options for you to apply for a new ID card: ID Card Replacement (at district level) and ID Card Replacement (at provincial level), choose one based on your convenience and location. In the next interface, click on the red Submit Application button to start filling in the information.

Step 4: Use your National Public Services Portal account or the Ministry of Public Security's Public Services Portal to log in. Immediately after successful login, you'll be directed to the interface to select the Reason for Action and Executing Agency, choose the appropriate reason and agency, then click Continue.
Note: If after logging in you're not directed to the interface to select the reason, you can log out and log back in.
Step 5: Finally, double-check your information in the sections above to ensure it's accurate. Scroll down, there will be a button I affirm that the information provided above is true, click on it then click Continue. Lastly, select the date to Register for ID Card Information Collection then Continue.
After that, you will receive a Confirmation Form, here you click on Confirm send. The Public Services Portal will automatically return you an appointment slip which you can print out or complete by clicking on Close is done.
